We ship from countries all around the world. We stock a limited number of products here in Hull, some are from UK suppliers, whilst others are from suppliers in Europe and Asia and come directly from the supplier to keep our costs lower so we can offer better prices to you our customer.
UK Standard Shipping
Generally takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up toΒ 15 business days.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment of order.Β Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In theseΒ instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Delivery Time Exceeded

Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days of reciept of order. Please email info@humberpets.co.uk toΒ request a return.
Please note: we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee forΒ returns due toΒ the wrong sizeΒ beingΒ ordered or multiple sizes ordered with the intention of returning the incorrect size. This will be discussed with you upon requesting a return.
