Shipping, Processing & Delivery Time
We ship from countries all around the world. We stock a limited number of products here in Hull, some are from UK suppliers, whilst others are from suppliers in Europe and Asia and come directly from the supplier to keep our costs lower so we can offer better prices to you our customer.
UK Standard Shipping
Generally takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location. Factoring in processing and shipping times, delivery time can take up to 15 business days.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the 30 business days, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days of reciept of order. Please email info@humberpets.co.uk to request a return.
Please note: we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee for returns due to the wrong size being ordered or multiple sizes ordered with the intention of returning the incorrect size. This will be discussed with you upon requesting a return.
